Tonbridge - Centre Facts
Tonbridge has long been regarded as one of the UK’s leading independent schools. It has a splendid sense of history and tradition. Be that as it may, however, it also boasts first class, modern facilities. A multi-million pound refurbishment has recently been completed. There is a 350-seat theatre and exceptional facilities for design, socialising and dining. There is also an impressive sports complex in addition to 40 hectares of games fields, 4 squash courts and 17 outhoor tennis courts. There is a brand new £10 million indoor centre featuring a 25 metre heated indoor swimming pool, 7 multi-usage sports courts and a climbing wall. The centre is so well equipped that it will serve as a training camp for athletes taking part in the 2012 London Olympics.
